My name is Nanda. I was born in Brazil and now live in Australia. Like many immigrants, I initially believed the hardest part would be the beginning: moving countries, adapting to a new system and building a new routine. Over time I realised the challenges simply change. After the initial adaptation, deeper questions often emerge: Who am I becoming while living abroad? Where do I truly belong? What does it mean to build a life far from home? These experiences are very common for immigrants but often remain unspoken. My work was shaped by the desire to create a space where these experiences can be explored with care, depth and understanding.

How I seetherapy.

I do not see therapy as a process of fixing someone. Instead, therapy is a space to understand your story, recognise emotions that may have been ignored and reconnect with yourself in a more authentic way.

Each therapeutic process is unique. We build the process together according to what you need.
