This is where we meet. It's a low-pressure video call where I get to know you, you get to know me, and we explore whether we're a good fit. No obligation, just a real conversation.
First session (intake)
If we decide to work together, our first full session is where we dive into your story. What brought you here? What's happening now? What do you want from therapy? We'll map out where we're headed together.
Ongoing therapy
From there, we meet regularly, typically weekly or biweekly. Together we'll determine the frequency that best supports your process. Each session is a space to explore, reflect, and create real change. We go at your pace. We build this together.
